3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion

You agree to provide accurate billing and account information.

4. Intellectual Property

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have rights to any designs used with our products.

  • We do not verify copyright or trademark ownership
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to misuse

5. Consumables – Final Sale

All consumable products including:

  • Inks
  • Powders
  • Films
  • Printheads
  • Spare parts

are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, unless defective or incorrect.

6. Printers & Equipment

DTF and UV DTF printers and related equipment are:

  • Often made-to-order or customized
  • Non-returnable and non-refundable

Any approved return is at our sole discretion and may be subject to:

  • Minimum 20% restocking fee
  • Shipping, handling, and inspection costs

7. No Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided “as is” and “as available”, unless otherwise stated.

We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee:

  • Color accuracy
  • Wash durability

9. Printer Operation & Damage Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • DTF/UV DTF printers require technical knowledge and maintenance
  • Improper use may result in clogs, damage, or malfunction

We are not responsible for:

  • Printhead damage
  • Ink system issues
  • Damage caused by improper installation, environment, or third-party materials

10. Technical Support

We may provide technical guidance as a courtesy.

  • Support is provided without guarantee of results
  • You are fully responsible for implementation and operation

11. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers.

  • Risk transfers to the customer once shipped
  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages
  • We will assist with claims but do not guarantee outcomes

12. Inspection & Claims

  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product issues must be reported within 5 business days

Failure to report within these timeframes may result in denial of the claim.

13. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from us, you agree:

  • To contact us first for any issue before initiating a chargeback
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting evidence

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or ban accounts
  • Pursue collection of fraudulent chargebacks
