DTF Printhead Cleaning Solution (Last Chance)

The last resort solution to unclog printheads, try this when everything else fails.

How to Use DTF Last Chance Printhead Cleaning Solution?

Manual Flushing Through Dampers 

Use only if regular and strong cleaning solutions don’t work. Requires care.

What You Need:

• Syringe with silicone tubing
• DTF printhead cleaning solution
• Gloves and tissue
• Lint-free cloth

Steps:

1. Power off and unplug the printer.
2. Open the printer and find the ink dampers (connected to the printhead).
3. Remove the damper of the clogged color.
4. Remove printhead from the carrier.
5. Remove the connection cables of printhead.(Don't forget to note left, right cable connections.)
   
6. Attach syringe (filled with 1–2 ml cleaning solution) to the damper port or directly to printhead inlet (via tubing).
7. Slowly and gently push cleaning solution through the port. Never force!
8. Let solution sit inside for 10–15 minutes.
9. Gently flush again. You should see ink and residue drip from the nozzle surface.
10. Repeat if necessary.
11. Connect the connecting cables to the print head.
12. Place the print head in the carrier and tighten the screws.
13. Reconnect dampers, run 2–3 head cleans, then test print.
